`CHUK is a Ukrainian brand of statement jewelry that combines expressive design, handcrafted work, modern technologies, and high quality. The brand experiments with shapes, materials, and scale, using contrasts, textures, and emotions to emphasize not only style but also the wearer's personality.

CHUK jewelry is made in Ukraine.

We work with 925 sterling silver and brass. All jewelry has a rhodium or 18K gold-plated finish. Some models use stones and decorative elements — the exact composition is always indicated on the product page.

Method #1

1. Take a thin thread (important - not a shoelace) and tightly wrap it around your finger where you will wear the ring.
2. At the point where the two ends of the thread meet, mark the length of the thread corresponding to your finger's circumference with two dots using a pen or marker.
3. Remove the thread from your finger and place it on a ruler so that one of the marks is at the zero mark, and measure the length of the segment.

Method #2

1. If you already have a ring that you wear on your right hand, you can determine its size using a ruler and the ring itself.
2. Place the ring at the beginning of the ruler so that the inner edge of your ring at its widest point is at the zero mark.

3. Measure the diameter of the ring along its inner edge (the main thing is to place the ruler exactly in the middle of the jewelry).

925 sterling silver items are precious metal jewelry and are not subject to return in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

Brass items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order if the jewelry:

• has not been used;
• has no signs of wear, damage, or deformation;
• has retained its original marketable condition;
• is returned in its original packaging and complete set.

Before returning, please contact the CHUK team and provide your order number.

If you received jewelry with a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your order, please write to us — we consider such cases separately, regardless of the material of the item.

If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind by the buyer or an incorrect size, the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer

If you received an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, CHUK covers the costs associated with its replacement.

We recommend avoiding direct contact of jewelry with water, perfumes, cosmetics, creams, household chemicals, and other aggressive substances.

Apply perfumes and cosmetic products before putting on your jewelry.

After wearing, the item can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth.

Store jewelry in a dry place, separately from each other.

It is best to use original packaging or a soft jewelry pouch. This will help protect the surface from scratches, friction, and contact with other metals.

We do not recommend storing jewelry in the bathroom or other rooms with high humidity.

We do not recommend contact between jewelry and water.

It is best to remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming in a pool, or in the sea.

Chlorine, sea salt, and regular contact with water can accelerate the natural wear of the plating.

Do not use abrasive materials, harsh brushes, or aggressive cleaning agents.

Wipe the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.

If this is not enough, contact the CHUK team and send a photo of the product. We will advise you on the optimal care method depending on the material and type of coating.

For regular care, simply follow our recommendations for wearing and storage.

If the jewelry requires deeper cleaning, polishing, or re-plating, we recommend contacting the CHUK team before attempting to use professional products yourself.

We provide repair services for any jewelry you purchased from us!

Every piece of jewelry has a 6-month warranty under continuous use, so if you need a repair service during this period, we provide it free of charge.

After this period, we will be happy to repair and restore the appearance of the jewelry for a master's fee.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, mechanical impact, blows, deformation, contact with chemical substances, or failure to follow care recommendations.

If you have a problem with your jewelry, please write to us, provide your order number, and attach photos. We will consider each case individually and offer a solution.

In many cases, yes.

Repair possibility depends on the model, the nature of the damage, and the availability of necessary parts.

Yes. Professional re-gilding or rhodium plating is available for CHUK jewelry.
