• exchange of the item takes place within the same model for a different size
• exchange of the item takes place within the same model for a different metal or stone color
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the item must not be damaged and must not show any signs of use.
You are responsible for shipping the return to us using the carrier of your choice.
Exchange Deadlines
We reserve the right to reject exchanges if items are sent to our warehouse after the 14-day period has expired, or if the condition of the items differs from how you received them.
