*According to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is not returnable. However, jewelry can be exchanged if the established conditions for exchange are met.

Jewelry exchange

You can exchange jewelry of proper quality in case of incorrect size or change the metal color if necessary:

• the exchange of the product takes place within one model for another size

• the exchange of the product takes place within the same model for a different color of metal or stones

Exchange requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means the item must not be damaged and must not have any marks from use.
You are responsible for returning the item to us using a carrier of your choice.

Terms for exchange

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items are sent to our warehouse after the 14-day period has expired or if the items are not in the same condition in which you received them.
